These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application and web service (the "Service") provided by Example LLC. By registering for or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- Provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Keep your credentials (password, OTP codes) confidential and do not share them.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- The Service is not available to people under 18.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it at scale through automated tools.
- Do not collect or use other users' data without authorisation.
- Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (to store, display and back up that content). We may remove content that is unlawful or breaches these terms.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, updates or infrastructure failures. We will announce planned maintenance where practical.
We may add, change or discontinue features.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits.
Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
- We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious breach of these terms.
- After termination, data processing continues as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. We will seek to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes will be settled by the courts of Mongolia.
